TACS 1.11 update - free PHP template system

TACS 1.11 is now available from our free downloads page.
TACS is our PHP template and caching system. It allows you to create simple templates and reduces server load by caching parts of your PHP page that only need to run once, e.g. converting an array of menu items to an HTML list.
